Iwai & Poema Gin Spritz
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Nozawa Onsen Iwai Gin
- 3 oz Poema Brut Cava
- 1 oz Soda Water
- Lemon wedge
Method | In a wine glass with fresh ice, add gin and Cava. Top with soda water and "fold" with a bar spoon to integrate layers without losing the fizz. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Strawberry Sauvignon Blanc
Ingredients:
- 3 oz Matanzas Creek Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 oz Vodka
- 3 fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Soda water
Method | In a shaker, add strawberries, agave nectar and lemon juice. Muddle until combined. Add sauvignon blanc, vodka and ice. Shake until full combined. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Top with soda water.
The Envy Affair
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Angel's Envy Bourbon
- ½ oz Pama Pomegranate Liquor
- ¼ oz honey syrup
- ¼ oz lemon juice
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- Cherry
Method | In a mixing glass with ice, add bourbon, pomegranate liquor, honey syrup, lemon juice and aromatic bitters. Stir until combined and chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a cherry.
La Vie en Rose
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ oz Mirabeau Dry Rose Gin
- ¾ oz Strawberry syrup
- ¾ oz Lemon juice
- 1 oz Francois Montand Brut Rosé
- 1 oz Cocchi Americano Rosa
Method | In a shaker with ice, add gin, strawberry syrup and lemon juice. Shake and strain into a glass. Top with Brut Rosé & Cocchi Americano Rosa.
French 75 Non-Alcoholic
Ingredients:
- Wölffer Spring In A Bottle Blanc de Blanc (Non-Alcoholic)
- 1 oz Aplós Arise
- ½ oz simple syrup
- Lemon peel
Method | In a chilled glass, add Aplós Non-Alcoholic Spirit, simple syrup and top with Wölffer Spring in a Bottle Blanc de Blanc. Garnish with a lemon peel.
Organic Love Affair
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Tres Agave Blanco Tequila
- 3 oz Tres Agave Paloma Mix
- Mint Sprig
Method | In a glass over fresh ice, add tequila and top with Paloma mix. Garnish with a mint sprig.
Kiss Me Martini
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz Don Julio 70th Anniversary Cristalino Añejo Tequila
- 1 oz Baileys Chocolate Irish Cream
- ½ oz Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
- ½ oz Demerara syrup
- Espresso
- Shaved chocolate
Method | In a shaker with ice, add tequila, chocolate liqueur, coffee liqueur, demerara syrup and espresso. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds to mix and create a froth. Strain into a glass and garnish with shaved chocolate.

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz Fords Gin
- ½ oz Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
- 3 oz Pink Lemonade
Method | In a shaker with ice, add gin, raspberry liqueur and pink lemonade. Shake and strain into a chilled glass.

Ingredients:
- 3 oz El Mexicano Blanco Tequila
- 2 oz Lime juice
- 1 oz Simple syrup
- 1/8 oz Cointreau
- Jalapeño
Method | In a shaker with ice, add jalapeño and muddle. Add tequila, lime juice, simple syrup and Cointreau. Shake and strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with additional jalapeño.
Dirty Chai
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Deep Eddy 80-Proof Vodka
- 1 ½ oz Boiling water
- 1 ¼ oz Chai Mix
- 1 oz Cold Brew
- ¼ oz Simple syrup
- Cinnamon
Method | In a cup, pour boiling water over Chai mix. Let is sit for 5 minutes to infuse. In a mug, add vodka, chai mixture, cold brew and simple syrup. Stir to combine and garnish with grated cinnamon.
Chocolate Covered Strawberry
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Ketel One Vodka
- 1 oz Baileys Strawberries and Cream Irish Cream
- 1 oz Baileys Chocolate Irish Cream
- Strawberries
Method | In a shaker with ice, add vodka, Strawberries and Cream Liqueur and Chocolate Liqueur. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass. Garnish with a strawberry.
Rose 75
Ingredients:
- Whispering Angel Rosé
- 1 oz Aviation Gin
- ½ oz Lemon juice
- ½ oz Simple syrup
Method | In a shaker with ice, add gin, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake and strain into a flute glass. Top with Rosé.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Crown Royal Regal Apple Whisky
- 3 oz Clarified Apple Cider
- ¼ oz Vanilla syrup
- ½ oz Lemon juice
- French Vanilla Cold Foam (optional)
Method | In a shaker with ice, add whisky, vanilla syrup and lemon juice. Shake and strain into a glass, top with apple cider. Optional, float cold foam on top using the back of a bar spoon.

- 1 ½ oz Espolón Blanco Tequila
- 3 oz Prosecco
- 1-2 oz Soda water

- 1 ½ oz Reàl Guava Infused Syrup
- Club soda
