Who can enjoy a THC-infused beverage?
You must be 21+ to purchase and consume a hemp-derived THC beverage, even though they do not contain alcohol. Hemp-derived THC beverages are legal in Florida and many other states, thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill.
How the hemp do I choose?
If you’re new to cannabis, we suggest choosing a beverage with 5mg of THC or less. The effects can start kicking in after 15–30 minutes, and the experience lasts 2–3 hours. For something a little stronger, a product with 20mg THC may be a better fit.
